The production cycle can be summarized in two main phases:
1.PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CRUSHING;
2.TERTIARY CRUSHING.
Primary crushing, consists of the following stages:
a.SGROSSATURA: the raw material, essentially consisting of calcareous stone (CaCO3 98%) pre-moistened, depending on the needs dictated by climatic conditions, gets introduced into the production cycle with the aid of the loader, passes through the primary crusher, which in this first phase reduces the size;
b.FRANTUMAZIONE: the stones of small lumps, coming from the primary crusher, are conveyed, by means of a rubber conveyor belt, in the secondary mill, which with its working cycle already achieves the finished material;
c.VAGLIATURA: the product output from the secondary mill, is conveyed, with two rubber belts that are exchanged between them, on the vibrating screen which separates the material obtained in five types, differing in particle size;
d. STORAGE: the five products obtained, are stored in a silo for the fall of CA internal predisposed with as many separate sectors, one for each type.
e.CARICO: the products thus obtained are loaded, directly, to fall on the means of transport that can pass below the silos, whose accesses, in order to avoid dispersions dusty, are protected from time to time by sliding gates made of iron and corrugated sheet.
The further crushing of materials sold and less precisely the gravel with a grain size between mm. And 23 mm. 60 (called breccia and breccia No. 3 No. 5), you get two types of materials: Stone dust and Risellino mill through the processing stage called tertiary crushing being present at ‘inside the plant two distinct areas of tertiary crushing, for clarity, hereinafter, the same will be indicated with the acronyms FT1 (tertiary crushing 1) and FT2 (tertiary crushing 2):
FT1 (TERTIARY CRUSHING 1):
1.FRANTUMAZIONE: gravels (denominated breach n ° 3 and n ° inroads 5), depending on the availability and however indifferently, are rimacinate by means of the mill which is connected directly to the silos AC, and then fed directly by the same.
2.VAGLIATURA: the material thus produced is sent, by means of a rubber belt (mt. 8,00 x 0,50), the vibrating screen which separates it into two types according to grain size.
3.STOCCAGGIO: the two products are stored separately, namely:
-The Stone powder in 2 steel silos by means of a rubber conveyor belt (mt. 4.70 x 0.40) and a bucket elevator (mt. 10.50 x 0.25).
-The Risellino mill, with a rubber conveyor belt (m. 13.00 x 0.45) is deposited in a compartment specially structured, made of masonry and galvanized corrugated metal sheet, completely closed.
4.CARICO: stone dust is loaded on the means of transport with the aid of a screw and of a rubber conveyor belt (mt. 8,00 x 0,44);
The risellino mill is loaded with the shovel loader.
FT2 (TERTIARY CRUSHING 2):
1.FRANTUMAZIONE: gravels called breccia and breccia No. 3 No. 5, subject to availability are taken by truck from the silo AC and deposited in a hopper in iron with sliding cover. They are, therefore, rimacinate with the aid of a third mill connected to the hopper described.
2.STOCCAGGIO: both materials through two separate systems of screw conveyors and bucket elevators are stored in a silo AC prepared for this purpose.
3.CARICO: these materials are loaded, directly, to fall on transportation that can pass under the silos whose entrances are protected from time to time by sliding cladding made of iron and galvanized steel.
